Jasmine Nichole Cobb is writer, scholar and critic. Her research explores the lives of Black women, popular culture, and visual representation. With a notable academic career, she has authored three books for three university presses, and served on numerous editorial boards. Cobb is currently working on a new scholarly book as well as a creative nonfiction work on travel.
